If you prepare your own material then it would ease and speed up the process if in future the following guidelines can be followed:-
Font: 10pt.Ariel.
Headings: not in capitals
Text and headings: all left-aligned
Paragraphs: no indentation; 1pt. space between paragraphs
Spaces: only one space between sentences or after any form of punctuation
Other: minimise use of capitals, brackets and inverted commas.
Photographs and diagrams can now be incorporated: please send photographs as a jpeg in the highest resolution possible.
If you are sending copies of letters or other material not in the above format, please continue to do so and we will make the necessary changes.
